Get ready to kiss the Southampton’s Go! Rhinos goodbye
PROVING that you are never too young to fall in love, this Hampshire toddler goes in for a kiss with his favourite rhino.
Little Frankie Barrow was left spellbound by the Beauty and the Beast sculpture as he enjoyed the Go! Rhinos trail through the streets and parks of Southampton.
The 16-month-old couldn’t resist a peck on the lips with the life-sized masterpiece, which is currently grazing in the mosaic garden of East Park.
But it won’t be there for much longer as rhino seekers have only a few days left before the creatures charge out of the city on Sunday, ready to be auctioned off for charity.
Frankie, who was captured on camera by Jadee Lowdon, from Woolston, is the latest entry into the Daily Echo's Go! Rhinos photo competition, looking for the most imaginative ways to have your picture taken with one of the rhinos, without touching it.
The winning photo will win a Junior Experience worth £150, which gives one lucky youngster an unforgettable opportunity to be a zookeeper for the day.
The best of the rest will appear in a special souvenir supplement of photographs at the end of the trail.
Just email your photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org, with your name, address, contact telephone number and the names and ages of those in the picture, plus where they are from.
