5:00am Saturday 21st September 2013 in News
TWO houses are set to be built in a derelict building in Southampton.
Permission has been granted to convert the former AGW Electrical Services building in Sir Georges Road.
Developer Ibcon Construction has won permission to add single-storey extensions to the empty building in order to convert it into two, two-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The site will also contain cycle and refuse storage and amenity space.
