Kirsty's skydive for Hampshire air ambulance
1:00pm Monday 30th September 2013 in News
SHE already dedicates her spare time to helping the air ambulance save lives but that simply isn’t enough.
Kirsty Watts is preparing to jump out of a plane to raise vital funds for the charity which she has seen save the lives of so many people, from bikers to horse riders and motorists.
By pledging to raise £1,000 through the skydive for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance she knows that not only might it come to her rescue one day, it is also a way of thanking the medics who work so hard to keep it flying.
It currently costs more than £125,000 a month to keep it in the air and yet the charity relies solely on generous donations from the public.
