FIRE crews tackled a burning caravan in a Hampshire lay-by in the early hours of yesterday.
Applicances from Totton and Lyndhurst were sent to the blaze in Southampton Road, Bartley, at 12.40am.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus had put out the flames by 1.15am.
The caravan was severely damaged in the blaze.
