POMPEY favourite Linvoy Primus will talk about faith and football when he speaks at a Romsey church event this week.
Linvoy (pictured) will be addressing a men-only evening at the Abbey Hotel on Thursday hosted by the New Life Church.
In his 20 years as a professional footballer, Linvoy, now 40, played for Reading, Charlton and Portsmouth.
While at Fratton Park he won Fans’ Player of the Season and PFA Player of the Year in 2003.
During his time at Portsmouth, he had a conversion to Christianity which completely transformed his life and he went on to found the Faith and Football Christian Charity.
