6:00am Thursday 24th October 2013 in News
A SOUTHAMPTON man faces a potential three-year prison sentence under the three strikes rule after he admitted breaking into a house in Harborough Road and stealing a wallet and its contents.
Adjourning sentence at the city crown court until November 18, Judge Susan Evans QC told Michael Guerin that reports would only go to determine the length of his sentence. Guerin, 41, of Southampton Street, was further remanded in custody.
