A MISSING Southampton graduate has been found safe and well following an appeal to return home.

Andy Bilko was reunited with his family in the early hours of this morning after getting back in touch after noticing a missing person poster.

Police had been scouring the region to find the 21-year-old former Southampton Solent University psychology student Friend Ewan Boosey, who grew up with Andy, said many of his friends were out putting up posters yesterday in Reading, where Andy was thought to be spotted last Friday morning.

Ewan, 22, said: “We all went to Reading to put missing person notices up and it looks like he has seen one of them and got in touch with his family.

“We were worried sick as were his family but I spoke to his mum after he was found and now we are all so relieved.”

Ewan, a Bournemouth University student, also thanked the Daily Echo for helping with the appeal.

He said: “There was a massive response on Facebook and Twitter and we are all very grateful to the media for publicising the appeal.”
