Church to host Christmas tree festival
ST MICHAEL’S Church in Bassett Avenue, Southampton, is to host its annual Christmas tree festival.
On Friday the event will launch with a ceremony at 6pm, before a concert by the Choir of St Michael’s at 7pm and a short service.
The next day music ranging from Bach to Sousa will be performed at an event at 12.30pm, while the trees can be viewed from 6pm-7pm.
On Sunday, there will be a festival Eucharist and Christingle at 10am, and a closing service at 6.30pm.
