BURGLARS have broken into a political party’s headquarters in Eastleigh.

They got into the Eastleigh Labour Party offices, in Leigh Road, by forcing a window.

They searched the offices and it is thought they also tried to get into other rooms in the building as other doors are marked.

Nothing was taken.

It is thought the break-in happened between 4pm and 7.15pm last Friday, when someone working in another office found that the door was unlocked.

Call police on 101.

It was obvious the perpetrators could not read intelligent material.
