A HAMPSHIRE pensioner killed in a collision with a tractor has been named by police.
George Barker, 95, from Ringwood, died when his red Skoda Fabia collided with a tractor on the A30 in Launceston, Cornwall, on Monday evening.
He was driving towards Bodmin on the westbound carriageway at Trewint when the collision happened at 5.05pm.
The tractor, which was carrying a trailer of grass, overturned.
Mr Barker was a well-known member of the Hampshire community and was the secretary of the Bournemouth Philharmonic Orchestra.
