German woman abused by youths in Winchester
A GERMAN woman was abused by a group of youths in Winchester.
The 21-year-old woman was walking along Cromwell Road in Stanmore, on the phone to her sister and speaking in German.
A man then bumped into her from behind and she saw a group of a further three men.
Members of the group then began verbally abusing the woman and made it difficult for her to get past. They also made derogatory comments about her nationality.
Police have appealed for information about the youths who are all thought to be aged between 16 and 18. The incident happened at about 4.15pm on November 20. Call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
