Award for TQtwentyone home support team
A HAMPSHIRE care team has won a top award after being recognised for its dynamic approach to helping the mentally ill.
The TQtwentyone home support service was named Care Team of the Year at the Great South East Care Awards 2013, beating off competition from hundreds of organisations.
The service, run by Southern Health, helps people remain independent by supporting them in their home to recover after an illness or hospital stay.
