Hampshire-based IT firm Switch Concepts is moving to a new home.

The firm, which specialises in digital advertising, has taken the lease of the two-storey Hounsdown House in Hounsdown Business Park, Totton.

The 14,000sq ft building was marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and BNP Paribas.

Switch director Julian Spector said: “Switch Concepts offers a unique real-time trading platform specifically designed for internet publishers to maximise online advertising revenue.”

Founded in 2008, Switch Concepts has grown rapidly and recently came second in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 league table that ranks Britain’s 100 private tech (TMT) companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years.

Andrew Archibald, director of Keygrove Chartered Surveyors, said: “Quality open plan offices with excellent car parking like Hounsdown House are increasingly difficult to find as more recent planning permissions perversely seek to restrict parking.”
