Teenager fined
TEENAGER Luke Bannerman has been fined £120 after admitting urinating in The Square, Winchester, on August 30.
Bannerman, 19, of Buddlesgate, Sutton Scotney, was also ordered by Basingstoke magistrates to pay a £20 victim surcharge and costs of £85.
