HAMPSHIRE food has been celebrated with the launch of a cookbook dedicated to the county.
The Hampshire Cookbook was the focus of a gala dinner at Kuti’s Brasserie in Southampton.
Volunteers from Hampshire-based global relocation company HCR created the book to celebrate the county’s local produce.
Contributors included celebrity chef Tommy Miah, who hosted the dinner, Delia Smith, Rick Stein, Paul Hollywood, Marcus Wareing, Antonio Carluccio, Eric Lanlard and Hampshire’s own Simon Rogan. All of the book’s profits will go to The Prince’s Trust to help disadvantaged young people.
