THE funeral of a man who drowned in a Hampshire lake will take place on Friday.
Austin Clark died despite the efforts of two police officers who dived into the water at Lakeside Country in an attempt to save him.
After a two-hour search operation at the lake in Eastleigh on Monday, his body was found and he was pronounced dead at hospital.
The 28-year-old’s funeral will be held at the Wessex Vale Crematorium in West End at 10am on Friday, December 20.
His family have asked guests to dress in blue instead of black, and requested that only family take flowers to the service.
They have also said that any donations will go towards the emergency services.
