A HAMPSHIRE drinks company has been fined £780 for failing to reveal the identity of a driver accused of an offence.
Bacardi Martini Ltd, of Church Green Close, Kings Worthy, did not tell police who was driving a 61-reg Mini Countryman between May 10 to 17.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined the company £650 and ordered it to pay a victim surcharge of £65 and costs of £65.
