£70 message fine
HAMPSHIRE man Leslie Rayfield, 49, of Evelyn Close, Waltham Chase, has admitted sending by electronic communications a message that was grossly offensive or indecent/obscene or menacing on November 24.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £70 and ordered he pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
