More delays on Hampshire motorway after lane closure
TRAFFIC chaos has hit a Hampshire motorway after an accident this morning (Dec 18).
One lane of the M3 southbound was closed between junction 11 at Winchester and junction 12 at Eastleigh, causing heavy congestion back to junction 9 at Winnall.
The lane was reopened at around 9am but motorists are still facing journey delays of around 30 minutes.
The accident occurred at around 8.30am and police are on the scene.
