A TEENAGER was robbed of his mobile phone by two youths who threatened to stab him in the neck.
The 15-year-old had been riding his bike past Veracity ground in Sholing Road, Southampton when he was stopped by two youths on a motocross-type bike.
They demanded he hand over a mobile phone and threatened to stab him in the neck unless he gave it to them.
One of them pocketed his black Blackberry 9800 Torch phone and both then rode off in the direction of Merryoak Road.
Bitterne detectives have today released details of the incident, which happened at about 9.15pm Monday, December 16.
The suspects are described as white, aged 15 to 20, and both were wearing dark hooded tops. The motorbike is reddish-orange and did not have its lights on.
Anyone who witnessed the incident or knows the owner of an orange motocross style bike is asked to contact Detective Constable Lauren Dunkason at Bitterne CID on 101.
