THE reforming of a popular Hampshire band helped a charity night raise £1,250 for Cancer Research UK.
Eclipse Re-mastered reformed for one night only for the charity gig at Totton Sports Club.
A total of £1,250 was raised on the night and further donations have been made since, bringing the final total to £1,341.64. Event organiser Doreen Longman said: “It was a fantastic night and the guys in the band had a brilliant time playing together again after 21 years to over 170 people.
“From the feedback we have been getting, everyone had a brilliant night.”
