A Winchester man has been fined after failing to stop after a road accident in which someone was injured.
Samuel Marks, 25, of Vale Road, Highcliffe, admitted the charge when he was driving a Y-reg Ford Mondeo in Ranelagh Road, Winchester, on August 3.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court was told that Andrew Bannister was hurt in the collision.
Magistrates fined Marks £325 and ordered he pay a victim surcharge of £33, costs of £85 and have seven penalty points put on his licence.
