Motorists can also expect delays of up to 20 minutes on the A3334 between Stubbington and Titchfield due to flooding and Titchfield Hill between East Street and Mill Street is closed.
Flooding is also causing delays on Wallington Shore Road and East Hill Close in Fareham, on the A32 School Road in Wickham at B2177 Southwick Road junction and the A3090 Winchester Road in Romsey under the railway bridge between Southampton Road and Botley Road.
Debris is also strewn across the A31 Poulner Hill near Ringwood causing delays and hazards for motorists.
