Police are appealing for witnesses after a school was broken into.

All Saints Primary School in Freshwater was targeted over the new year period.

It happened sometime between 3am on January 3 and 7pm yesterday when the culprits forced their way into a portable building within the school grounds.

There were also repeated break-ins at the Early Years Learning Centre, which is also located in the grounds, over the same period. Local Safer Neighbourhoods Teams will be visiting the area regularly as part of their routine patrols.
