A SOUTHAMPTON supermarket has put its festive decorations to good use by donating them to a Hampshire care home.
The decorations which were at Sainsbury’s superstore in Portswood will now go to nearby St Margarets care home in Brookvale Road.
Sainsbury’s Portswood store manager Pete Harriman said: “We received great feedback from our customers on this year’s decorations and it’s great to ensure they’ve found a good home in the community.”
