A HAMPSHIRE teenager who went missing for the second time in ten days has been found safe and well.

Jordan Saunders disappeared from his Gosport home on December 29 - just two days after returning home from an eight-day absence.

But the 15-year-old has now been located once again and is reported to be safe and well, after being spotted sitting outside Poundland in Eastleigh town centre.

CCTV operators in the town reported seeing him to police.

Hampshire Constabulary wrote on their Facebook account: “Thank you to all those who helped spread the word about missing 15-year-old Jordan Saunders from Gosport we are pleased to report he has been located safe and well.”

The teenager first vanished on December 19 - having last been spotted in Eastleigh.

The disappearance sparked a police appeal with officers posting messages on social networking sites on Christmas Day urging him to return to his home in Gosport.

They eventually tracked him down nine days later in Southampton on December 27 after previous sightings of him in Eastleigh.

But their relief was short-lived when he subsequently vanished from his home the next day.
