CITY councillors will run the rule over plans to build two new flats in Southampton.
A developer has brought forward plans to build a two-storey building in Sydney Road.
The building, which would contain one two-bed flat and one one-bed flat, would replace the previous house at the site.
That house was recently demolished on the advice of structural engineers after serious structural problems were uncovered.
Members of the council’s planning panel will make a decision at its meeting on Tuesday.
