Four car crash causing rushhour motorway tailbacks
A four car accident on a Hampshire motorway is causing major tail backs this morning.
The accident happened on the M3 northbound between junctions 14 and 13.
Emergency services are currently at the scene and the accident is already causing tailbacks to junction 5 of the M27.
