A car erupted into flames this morning on a Hampshire motorway, adding to the traffic misery blighting the county's roads.
Delays were caused after a silver Hyundai caught fire on the M27 close to junction eight at Bursledon.
Two people were taken to the Queen Alexandra Hospital in Portsmouth by ambulance.
Meanwhile, a green Renault Laguna also broke down close to junction nine at Whiteley.
The incidents come after two earlier crashes on the M3 and M27 caused delays of over an hour and a crash and fire on the A3 caused problems in the east of the county.
