RESIDENTS can have their say on how the NHS can improve local services.
NHS Fareham and Gosport Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has launched a short survey. It is an opportunity to give feedback about the CCG’s priorities, services and difficulties.
CCG chairman Dr David Chilvers said: “GPs need to develop a five-year strategy detailing how health services will be planned and delivered locally. We can’t do that effectively without input from the people at the heart of what we do – our patients.
“Whether you have a longterm condition that requires frequent contact with the NHS, or you’re in robust health and rarely need to access NHS services, your views are important.”
The survey is available to complete until February 28 at farehamandgosportccg.nhs.uk/a-call-to-action.htm.
