PROPOSALS to turn a house of multiple occupation (HMO) into separate flats have been rejected.
City council planners in Southampton have refused Glen Sahota planning permission to convert the house in Osborne Road South.
He had wanted to convert it into one one-bedroom flat and one two-bedroom flat, but planners ruled it would have provided a “poor living environment” and resulted in the loss of a family house.
