Plans to build bungalow in garden thrown out
PLANS to build a bungalow in a garden have been thrown out.
The applicant lodged an appeal after New Forest District Council rejected a proposal for a site in Three Acre Drive, Barton on Sea.
Government-appointed planning inspector Mike Fox dismissed the appeal, saying the development would harm the street scene.
