Place needs more than just a clean up, quite often the fish there are coming up to breathe air because the oxygen saturation gets so low, though it is a common problem that ponds lakes have when they're surrounded by trees, it also needs dredging in places and needs more fish to be stocked, a lot of the big ones have been taken home and eaten or mindlessly killed.
