A TWO-storey property at Fawley’s The Square is to go under the hammer.
The Old Bank, guided freehold at £80,000-£90,000, is among 14 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers, next month.
Rob Marchant, auctioneer, said: "We anticipate keen interest in the sale of the building, which has been recently occupied as retail premises with offices above.”
Elsewhere, a modern office on a 999-year lease has a guide price of £35,000-£40,000 and is at 3 Queensgate, 11 Queens Road, Fareham.
The property is let at £4,000 per annum.
Next door, at 2 Queensgate, a two-storey office has a freehold guide of £100,000-£110,000 and is let at £14,712 per annum.
Starting at 11am, the first of Clive Emson’s eight regional sales this year takes place at The Ageas Bowl, West End, on Wednesday, February 12.
