TIME is running out to sign up for the Daily Echo’s South Coast Business Works.

The fourth annual showcase comes to Southampton next month and features free advice clinics and seminars designed to boost Hampshire companies large or small.

It is one of the south’s biggest business conferences organised by the Southern Daily Echo, Business South and Destination Southampton and will see exhibitors come together from a variety of industries to share their knowledge and inspire others whilst forging new relationships.

The event, held in association with Southampton-based legal firm and principal sponsor Trewothans and founding partners Business South and Destination Southampton, will take place at the Novotel in West Quay Road on Tuesday, February 4, from 9am to 3pm.

Kicking things off at 9am is guest speaker Penny Power OBE, founder of Ecademy, the UK’s first social network for businesses, which she set up in 1998 with husband Thomas.

She was awarded an OBE for services to entrepreneurship and social digital development in the 2014 New Year’s Honours List and her keynote speech, The Digital Future, focuses on digital skills and economic growth.

The day ends with a Question Time-style business panel hosted by Lee Peck, chairman of LeePeckGroup, where delegates will have the opportunity to ask those key questions relevant to their business. Throughout the day local business owners will have a chance to rub shoulders with industry experts and decision-makers from across Hampshire.

Visitors to this year’s South Coast Business Works can register for free at dailyecho.co.uk/businessworks.

Exhibitor stands at the showcase are available from £385 plus VAT. To find out more call 023 8042 4977.
