THE £10m building bought by police to use as a new headquarters - but never used - has now been sold at a loss.
Hampshire Constabulary spent £9.6m on Alpha Park in Chandler's Ford and spent another £1.8m on the site before deciding it was not "fit for purpose".
It would have cost over £15m to refurbish the building, so it has stood empty for over five years.
Hampshire Constabulary has not said what it has sold Alpha Park for.
