Reduction in rats
MILD weather could be behind a reduction in rat infestations in one local authority.
Test Valley Borough Council pest controllers say call-outs have fallen significantly.
Between October 1, 2012, and January 10, 2013, the council received 254 rat-related requests. However, between October last year and this month, 92 requests were made
