HYDRAULIC firm Stauff has moved to a new premises.
The company has taken a ten-year lease at unit 9, Southampton Trade Park, through Jones Lang LaSalle.
The move comes after Lambert Smith Hampton surrendered the unit on behalf of its client Nauta BV.
Stauff, which operates throughout the UK servicing the hydraulic industry, is relocating from Millbrook Trading Esate.
The firm will benefit from an eight-metre eaves height together with a high quality office fit out.
Matthew Poplett, director in industrial and logistics agency at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office, said: “The estate is very well located just off Third Avenue and Millbrook Road West, close to Southampton city centre and also to the bottom of the M271.
“The area is seen as the main trade counter location in Southampton.”
