Man fined for refusing to obey police
A REFUSAL to obey a policeman has cost a Hampshire man more than £300.
Lloyd Burden, 24, of Home Field Drive, Nursling, admitted refusing to leave St George’s Street, Winchester when ordered by a PC on January 5.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £250 and ordered that he pay a victim surcharge of £25 plus £85 costs.
