A FALLEN tree blocked a road causing delays for motorists this morning.
The A337 Southampton Road in the New Forest was closed both ways closed between Shirley Holms and Boldre Lane.
Traffic between Lymington and Brockenhurst was affected by the tree.
At one point, the closure had to be extended slightly because a lorry trying to turn around has got stuck.
The road was reopened by 1pm.
