THERE was nowhere to hide for the fitness-phobes as the country’s strongest man headed to Hampshire for the ultimate workout.
Britain’s Strongest Man Laurence Shahlaei paid a special visit to Samsons Gym in Eastleigh at the weekend to train those brave enough to try and keep up with him.
The 31-year-old, who has been training for Strongman competitions since 2005, hosted a free seminar and training session for fitness fanatics determined to get into shape.
Health-conscious gym goers flocked to the session, eager to get top tips from their Strongman idol.
