SCHOOLBOY Daniel Stickland has converted another redundant phone box into a book exchange and information centre.
The red kiosk near Bramshaw Village Stores is full of paperback books, plus leaflets about the history of the area and places to visit.
Daniel and his grandfather carried out the work after consulting the parish council. It follows a similar project in Marchwood, where Daniel and his family have given one of the former phone boxes in the area a new lease of life.
Daniel, 15, of Shirley, Southampton, said: “The Marchwood kiosk is pretty well used and I’m hoping the Bramshaw one will be just as successful.”
