Arrest warrant issued for Winchester woman
AN arrest warrant was issued for a Winchester woman who failed to attend magistrates court.
Joy Blake, 54, of Maple Drive, Kings Worthy, is alleged to have driven over the alcohol limit, with no insurance or licence in a Peugeot 106 on the M3 at Winnall on December 17.
