City flat plan thrown out
SOUTHAMPTON City Council planners have turned down an application to build a one-bedroom apartment above a garage in North Road.
Officers said the proposed development at the site in St Denys would constitute “poor living conditions” and have a “harmful impact” on the character of the area.
