New Forest hospice's appeal for volunteers

First published in News

A children's hospice that supports thousands of children across the south is calling for help.

Julia’s House is looking for volunteers to work in its Bransgore shop in the New Forest. Volunteers will be given full training and will get the opportunity to work on the shop floor or sorting donations in the stock room for a few hours a week.

Retail experience is not essential.

Money raised at the charity shop helps the Dorset hospice continue providing respite care for children with life-limiting conditions.

To apply, call June Maidment on 01202 644 220.

So it is actually a Dorset Hospice with a shop in Bransgore, the village of which is neither within the New Forest National Park nor historic perambulation boundary of the New Forest.
