POLICE are hunting thieves after a teenager was mugged on Southampton Common.
The 18-year-old man had been walking home from a night out when he was assaulted by two men who made off with his wallet and iPod.
The incident happened halfway between the Northlands Road entrance to the Common and the Bellemoor pub in the early hours of February 5.
The victim was left with minor injuries to his face.
Both thieves were white and wore dark clothing.
One was slim, about 5ft 10in and in his early 20s, while the other was 6ft 1in and of medium build.
