HAMPSHIRE students have been sprucing up their community.
Dozens took part in the Big Tidy Up which has been running in Winchester for four years, supporting the Love Where You Live campaign.
Student Union welfare officer Katy Loveless said: “The Big Tidy Up was a great way to give back to the surrounding community and demonstrate that we as students care about the environment in which we live and work.
“There was high morale and spirits during the tidy-up, with students from across all years coming together for one purpose.”
Student Andrea Tallet added: “I volunteered for the big tidy up as I am proud to be a part of the Winchester community.”
