Accounting firm Baker Tilly has appointed Kirsty Sandwell as the new head of corporate finance for the south.

Kirsty has been given the promotion after working at the company for 12 years.

As a specialist in mid-market mergers and acquisitions as well as private equity, Kirsty will work for corporate and private businesses.

Kirsty said: “It’s crucial that we strengthen our corporate finance services to new and existing clients and to the private equity and banking community to support what we feel will be a continuously improving market.”
