Mexican music and dance class
THE Mexican Music and Motion exercise class runs from 10.15-11.15am on Fridays in Shirley, Southampton.
It takes place in the Freemantle and Shirley Community Centre in Randolph Street and is open to pensioners with limited mobility. Call 07440 419 575.
