HEALTH bosses in Hampshire have sold off a residential and recovery unit.
Abbotts Lodge, in Netley, which was owned by Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust, has been sold to Cavendish and Gloucester Properties.
The property, which was offered at a guide price of £600,000, forms part of a wider disposal by the trust of buildings that are no longer needed.
The new owners now plan to create a “similar high quality residential development”.
